FAQ
What are your payment and shipment policies?
I only use third party payment services, such as PayPal and Stripe, that guarantee safe transactions for both parties. They have protections for sellers as a third party that are necessary for a small business. For similar reasons, I only ship through USPS or similar agencies that I can insure and track my art work.
How much does your artwork cost?
Artwork cost can have a wide range based on hours of work, materials, technical skill level and more. A sketch, older artwork, or quick watercolor painting may be under $100 while a large, detailed impressionist painting will cost thousands as it represents months of work. Many finished works are priced in the shop section. Contact me to begin the conversation, I can let you know the price of finished pieces or I can design a custom piece at a variety of price ranges.
How fast does artwork ship?
Typically, artwork is shipped within 1-2 business days. If I expect that it will take longer than two business days to ship I will reach out to you. If I am on vacation there will be a note on the shop that shipping will be delayed along with an estimated date of return.
Why is a signature required for delivery?
While I pack artwork as securely as possible, it is still a delicate item to ship that can be damaged by the elements. Signatures are required to ensure that packages are not left out in bad weather situations (or stolen).
What if the painting is damaged during shipment?
I typically insure my paintings during shipping, please contact me.
